Micro-to-Small Capital Companies of Interest
There are two main themes revolving around
the initial screening process to identify
emerging growth companies of interest,
including a automated proprietary technical
screening system and a review of daily
earnings reports.
Each morning
WSR's proprietary system screens through
over 6,500 investments and identifies
desirable
chart formations. These investments have met
pre-defined
technical parameters and serve as
starting point in selecting companies that
may be of interest. Additional
screening is performed on industry charts
and companies that are in technically
attractive industries are stronger
candidates for selection.
A daily review
of earnings reports provides an
additional source of emerging growth companies.
Companies that are selected must demonstrate
strong revenue and earnings growth or strong
revenue growth and have recently become
profitable. The companies that have passed
the revenue and earnings criteria are
further reviewed focusing on their balance
sheet, income statement, cash flow
statement, industry group strength and
valuation metrics.
In general, companies selected are
attractive on a technical and fundamental
basis. Experience has shown that the
combination of technical and fundamental
analysis increases the investor's chances of
achieving expected results.

Analytical Profile
WSR's Analytical Profile - is a 15 to 25
page comprehensive research product
designed specifically for emerging growth
companies with defined but limited
historical financial data. The scope of
the report is virtually identical to WSR's
Research Report without specific financial
projections. WSR's analysts present the
company's business model and financial
metrics under various scenarios (an
if-then sensitivity analysis model). Thus
